role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1181\"><p>Se n\u00e3o conseguires ligar a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o Wallbox ao carregador atrav\u00e9s de Bluetooth, experimenta os passos de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas abaixo:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Fica perto do carregador (a menos de seis metros) e certifica-te de que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 obst\u00e1culos entre ti e o carregador.<\/li>\n<li>Reinicia totalmente o teu smartphone. Depois de reiniciado, <strong>desliga a fun\u00e7\u00e3o Wi-Fi<\/strong> e <strong>deixa o Bluetooth ligado<\/strong>.   <\/li>\n<li>Certifica-te de que a <strong>permiss\u00e3o de localiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> \u00e9 dada para a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o Wallbox nas defini\u00e7\u00f5es da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do teu smartphone.<\/li>\n<li>Desliga a fonte de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o do carregador durante alguns segundos e volta a lig\u00e1-la. Aguarda at\u00e9 o carregador reiniciar e o seu LED ficar novamente verde. <\/li>\n<li>Inicia sess\u00e3o na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o Wallbox e seleciona o teu carregador na lista. Se o carregador n\u00e3o aparecer, certifica-te de que j\u00e1 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/support.pre.wallbox.com\/en\/knowledge-base\/adding-your-charger-to-your-mywallbox-account-with-its-qr-code\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">o adicionaste \u00e0 tua conta Wallbox<\/a>.<\/strong> <\/li>\n<li>O teu smartphone pedir\u00e1 permiss\u00f5es para o Bluetooth. Toca em &#8220;Aceitar&#8221;.   <\/li>\n<li>Aguarda at\u00e9 que a liga\u00e7\u00e3o Bluetooth entre o teu carregador e a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o seja estabelecida.<\/li>\n<li>Se continuares a n\u00e3o conseguir ligar ao carregador, transfere a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o Wallbox para outro smartphone e tenta ligar ao carregador.
