For chargers purchased from other Wallbox resellers, please consult with those resellers for returns. In order to return a product, Wallbox requires a <strong>Return Materials Authorization (RMA) label<\/strong>. This will be provided by the platform you originally ordered from or by the Wallbox Customer Service team.
