You can bill for the use of your Wallbox chargers and manage all payments made by your users via the \n Wallbox portal<\/a>\n<\/strong>. You can use two billing methods: \n Pay per Charge<\/a>\n<\/strong> and Pay per Month<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

What is Pay per Month?<\/span><\/div>
Pay per Month <\/strong>is a billing solution that you can configure in the Wallbox portal, allowing the Wallbox user(s) you invited to use your charging point <\/strong>and be charged monthly based on the rate and\/or subscription costs you defined.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
How much does this feature cost?<\/span><\/div>
For each session performed and paid by your users, Wallbox takes a fee of 5% of the total price of the charging session achieved<\/strong> before the payment arrives in your bank account.

Example: the user performs a charging session for an amount of 5.00\u20ac. The total amount you will receive is 5 – 0.25 (5% of 5) = 4.75\u20ac.<\/em><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
How do I configure Pay per Month for my charging point(s)?<\/span><\/div>
Once you \n created a Wallbox account<\/strong>\n<\/a> and \n added your charger(s) to your account<\/strong>\n<\/a>, you must:

1. Create and \n connect your Stripe account in the Wallbox portal<\/strong>\n<\/a>.
2. \n Create Pay per Month rate(s) and assign them to your charger(s)<\/strong>\n<\/a>.
3. \n Invite your user(s)<\/a>\n<\/strong> to use your charging points.
4. Define an access method for your user(s):
– Without authentication (Free access)
– With authentication (\n RFID card<\/strong>\n<\/a>, Wallbox app, \n PIN code<\/a>\n<\/strong> (for Commander only))

Note that to carry out these steps, you must be the Super-Admin<\/strong> of your Space.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
How can users use my charging point?<\/span><\/div>
Users must accept the subscription agreement sent by email automatically and follow the steps indicated to start using your chargers. You can read \n this article<\/a>\n<\/strong> for more details.<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
What are the installation requirements for Pay per Month?<\/span><\/div>
Internet connection<\/strong>
For proper usage of your charging structure, it is essential to understand that users will only be able to unlock a charger if both the app and the charger have an internet connection. 
Note that this system requirement makes the solution restrictive for specific installation scenarios. Nevertheless, these restrictions are necessary to ensure the security of authentications via the Wallbox cloud.
