You can share all Wallbox chargers with users of your choice<\/strong>. To share your charger, you must first add them as authorized profiles through the Wallbox portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users management is only available from the Wallbox portal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add a user, log in to the Wallbox portal as a Super-Admin and follow the steps below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Once logged in, click “Users”<\/strong>.<\/li>
  2. Click the “Invite users”<\/strong> button in the top right corner.<\/li>
  3. Enter the new user’s email and, optionally, the user’s RFID card numbers if you have one. Click “Add another user<\/strong>” if you need to add multiple persons simultaneously.<\/li>
  4. [Bulk import]<\/em> If you need to invite an important number of users simultaneously, <\/strong>you can download and fill in our CSV template<\/a><\/strong> and import it. <\/li>
  5. Click Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>
  6. Define the user role, and click Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>
  7. Select the charger assignation method and click Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>
  8. Assign the charger(s) to your new user and click Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>
  9. Determine if the user will use free or paid subscription access. Click Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>
  10. An automatic invitation email has been sent to your new user(s), resuming the information defined before.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Once the new user accepts the invitation received by email, they will be linked to the charger.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can resend the invitation email if the user did not receive it<\/strong>. Go to Users > Select the user > Click Resend. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
