If you are experiencing bugs or problems with your charger, restoring it to factory settings can solve those<\/strong>. You can restore remotely if your charger is connected to the Internet. Still, we highly recommend performing it on-site via Bluetooth <\/strong>(or with a person close to the charger), as a factory reset will reset the charger’s connections and make you lose communication with the charger<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Ensure you run the latest Wallbox app version <\/strong>by checking your mobile phone\u2019s App Store or Play Store.\u00a0<\/li>
  2. Log in to the Wallbox app.<\/li>
  3. Select your charger.<\/li>
  4. Wait until the Bluetooth connection between your app and your charger is established.<\/li>
  5. On the charger app screen, tap the Settings <\/b>gear icon.<\/li>
  6. Tap on Installation options<\/b>.<\/li>
  7. Tap Restore.<\/b><\/li>
  8. Tap Start Restore <\/b>to launch the restoration process. Remember that the charger will be unavailable during the whole restoration process.<\/li>
  9. The restoration can take up to 15 minutes to complete. The LED halo should power off\/on and rotate. Please wait until the LED stops spinning and the charger powers on.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Your charger is now restored to factory settings<\/strong>. Remember you must connect to it via Bluetooth again and configure its Internet connection.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
