As a charging infrastructure Super-Admin, you can invite users to use your chargers<\/strong> and bill them monthly accordingly to the rates you have defined<\/strong><\/a> in the first place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Super-Admin account needs to run an active Wallbox Business Plan<\/strong> for each charger they want to use Pay per Month for (read this article<\/a> <\/strong>for more information about the Wallbox Plans).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To invite user(s), follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to Wallbox portal<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>
  2. Click Users<\/strong> in the left menu.<\/li>
  3. Click the user you need to subscribe to the monthly billing.<\/li>
  4. In the Pay per Month subscription<\/strong> panel, set the button to the ON position.<\/li>
  5. Click “Validate<\/strong>” in the pop-up.<\/li>
  6. The user will receive a subscription contract by email. As soon as the user accepts the invitation, the subscription will start.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You can follow the same steps to unsubscribe <\/strong>a user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
