

{"id":105231,"date":"2021-11-02T20:03:41","date_gmt":"2021-11-02T19:03:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/knowledge-base\/how-to-restart-a-charger-through-the-mywallbox-app\/"},"modified":"2022-08-11T15:48:27","modified_gmt":"2022-08-11T13:48:27","slug":"how-to-restart-a-charger-through-the-mywallbox-app","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/support.pre.wallbox.com\/na\/knowledge-base\/how-to-restart-a-charger-through-the-mywallbox-app\/","title":{"rendered":"How to restart a charger through the Wallbox app?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>If you need to <strong>restart your charger remotely<\/strong>, you can do so directly from the Wallbox app, <strong>as long as it is connected to the Internet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also restart your charger &#8220;offline&#8221;, but you will need to be connected to it via Bluetooth and within its range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-remote-process-to-restart-a-single-charger\">Restarting your charger with the Wallbox app<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Log in to the Wallbox app.<\/li><li>Select your charger from the list.<\/li><li>Tap the <strong>Settings icon<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Tap <strong>Advanced options.<\/strong><\/li><li>Tap <strong>Restart<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Accept<\/strong>.
