Introducci\u00f3n<\/h1>\n<p>Wallbox siempre quiere ofrecer a sus clientes los mejores productos, servicios y experiencia de usuario. Una parte muy importante de esta experiencia de usuario es la aplicaci\u00f3n Wallbox y el portal Wallbox.<\/p>\n<p>Tanto la aplicaci\u00f3n como el portal permiten al cliente controlar plenamente su experiencia de carga, recopilar informaci\u00f3n de la sesi\u00f3n del cargador, estad\u00edsticas, consumo, usuarios, etc. Esto permite a todos nuestros clientes gestionar plenamente su consumo de energ\u00eda y ahorrar costes relacionados con la adopci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos.<\/p>\n<h1>2. Pagos fallidos o tard\u00edos<\/h1>\n<p>Los pagos pueden fallar por varias razones. Si alguna vez hay un problema, Wallbox enviar\u00e1 inmediatamente un correo electr\u00f3nico a Superadmin y cualquier contacto de facturaci\u00f3n y sus funcionalidades estar\u00e1n limitadas.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e9 esperar<\/h2>\n<p>Wallbox espera que puedas resolver r\u00e1pidamente los problemas de pago, pero a continuaci\u00f3n se muestra una r\u00e1pida lista de lo que puedes esperar si los problemas de pago siguen sin resolverse.<\/p>\n<table>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th><strong>Despu\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/th>\n<th><strong>Qu\u00e9 esperar<\/strong><\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>7 d\u00edas<\/td>\n<td>Si Wallbox no puede procesar un pago despu\u00e9s de una semana, Wallbox se pondr\u00e1 en contacto con Superadmin y con cualquier contacto de facturaci\u00f3n.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>14 d\u00edas<\/td>\n<td>Wallbox enviar\u00e1 otro recordatorio a las mismas personas en caso de que todav\u00eda exista un problema.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>21 d\u00edas<\/td>\n<td>Wallbox se pondr\u00e1 de nuevo en contacto con el superadmin y el contacto de facturaci\u00f3n.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>28 d\u00edas<\/td>\n<td>El plan se cancelar\u00e1 y se rebajar\u00e1 el grupo\u00a0 al plan Basic.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MyWallbox tiene distintos planes de suscripci\u00f3n.
