Please go through the following steps to install the 4G dongle <\/b>that comes with the Commander 2 bundle and enable the 4G connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These steps must be carried out by your installer<\/strong> directly during the installation of your Commander 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Installing the 4G dongle<\/h1>\n\n\n\n
  1. Open the packaging of your Commander 2.<\/li>
  2. Take the screen out and place it gently on the screen side on a flat surface, being careful not to damage the display nor the electric circuits under it.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Take out the 4G dongle out of the accessories box and locate the USB ports on the side of the display.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Plug the 4G dongle into the topmost port.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        During this step, be careful not to touch or mishandle the exposed electronics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Once the 4G dongle is correctly plugged in, carry on with the rest of the installation process as described in the Installation Guide.<\/li>
        2. Once installation is finalized, do not forget to enable the 4G connectivity <\/strong>(through the Wallbox app or the Commander 2 screen).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          2. Enabling the 4G connectivity<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

          a. Through the Wallbox app<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          If you do not have an account yet, please register<\/a> and add your charger to your account using its QR code<\/a> (or the SN and UID numbers).<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Log into the Wallbox app by filling in your credentials.<\/li>
          2. Select your Commander 2 and stay within its Bluetooth range during all the following steps.<\/li>
          3. Once the mention \u201cCONNECTED<\/strong>\u201d displays, go to Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>
          4. Enter the Connectivity menu.<\/li>
          5. Select 3G\/4G.<\/strong><\/li>
          6. Enable the 3G\/4G option using the toggle switch and fill-in the APN field<\/strong> with the value: 
            inetd.vfes<\/pre><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            Leave all the rest of the fields empty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
            1. Save the configuration by pressing the Save button at the bottom of the screen.<\/li>
            2. The 4G icon will be displayed on the charger as soon as it connects to the network. This might take a few minutes.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              b. Through the Commander 2 screen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
              1. Click the menu icon in the bottom left corner.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                1. Press the Settings icon.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Press CONNECTIVITY<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    1. Press 3G\/4G.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      1. Enable the 3G\/4G toggle switch<\/strong> to the ON position and fill-in the APN<\/strong> field with:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
