You can generate a new password if you have forgotten or need to change the current one through the Wallbox portal or the app<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I forgot my password and need to reinitialise it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you forgot your current password and need to reinitialise it to log in, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to the Wallbox portal.<\/li>
  2. Click “Continue with email<\/strong>“.<\/li>
  3. Click “Forgot your password?”.<\/li>
  4. Enter the email linked to your account and click Restore password.<\/li>
  5. If the email address you entered matches an existing account, a password recovery email will be sent to this email address. <\/li>
  6. Go to your emails and click the recovery link.<\/li>
  7. Enter a new password and validate.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You can now log in using the new password you defined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I know my password and want to change it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you know your current password and need to modify it, you can follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Log in to the Wallbox portal.<\/li>
    2. Click the Settings <\/strong>icon.<\/li>
    3. Click “Security<\/strong>“.<\/li>
    4. In the Password panel, click “Edit<\/strong>“.<\/li>
    5. Enter your current password, define a new one, and click “Update password<\/strong>“.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
