

{"id":17214,"date":"2020-05-15T17:44:12","date_gmt":"2020-05-15T15:44:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=17214"},"modified":"2024-06-26T01:21:17","modified_gmt":"2024-06-25T23:21:17","slug":"how-to-restart-one-or-multiple-chargers-remotely-through-mywallbox-portal","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/support.pre.wallbox.com\/en\/knowledge-base\/how-to-restart-one-or-multiple-chargers-remotely-through-mywallbox-portal\/","title":{"rendered":"How to restart a charger(s) through the Portal?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>The Wallbox portal allow you to restart one or multiple chargers at once remotely, as long as they are connected to the Cloud (Internet).<\/strong> Restarting a charger has several benefits, such as solving Internet and Bluetooth connection issues or correcting software glitches. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to restart one charger<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Log in to the Wallbox portal.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li>Click <strong>Chargers<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li>Select your charger.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\"><li>Click the <strong>Restart <\/strong>button in the top right corner.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\"><li>In the validation panel that appeared, click &#8220;<strong>Restart<\/strong>&#8220;. The restart begins.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\"><strong>You cannot restart a charger that is charging\/discharging<\/strong> currently or is unavailable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The charger will restart and become available again once restarted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alternatively, you can select the charger(s) your want to restart in the chargers list and click <strong>Restart <\/strong>in the options in the top right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to restart multiple chargers simultaneously <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Log in to the Wallbox portal.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li>Click <strong>Chargers<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li>Select your chargers.<\/li><li>Click the &#8220;<strong>Restart<\/strong>&#8221; button in the top right corner.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\"><li>In the resume panel that appeared, click &#8220;<strong>Restart<\/strong>&#8220;.
