You can edit or delete your current rates and create new ones from there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also visualise easily if a rate is used by one of your chargers (&#8220;assigned&#8221;), its name, fee type, etc., at a glance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the rate methods available?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/en\/knowledge-base\/how-to-generate-charging-instructions-for-a-pay-per-charge-charging-point\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pay per Charge<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/support.wallbox.com\/en\/knowledge-base\/how-to-create-and-assign-a-pay-per-month-billing-rate-to-your-chargers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pay per Month<\/a><\/strong> solutions, you can choose between<strong> three charging methods<\/strong> to bill your users based on variable fees:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Time reservation fee<\/strong> (charged in Price \u2014 EUR* \/ Hour)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Consumed energy fee<\/strong> (charged in Price \u2014 EUR* \/ kWh) &#8211; <em><em>your charger needs to be equipped with a MID meter to use this charging method.<\/em><\/em><\/li><li><strong>Charging time fee<\/strong> (charged in Price \u2014 EUR* \/ Hour)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>On top of these variable fees, <strong>you can add a fixed service fee<\/strong> that will apply to all your users&#8217; charging sessions (this can be likened to a charger unlocking fee).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>*The currency depends on the configuration of your Organization.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Editing a rate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Log in to the Wallbox portal.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Payments <\/strong>in the left menu.<\/li><li>Click the <strong>Edit <\/strong>button next to the rate.<\/li><li>Edit the information.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Your rate has been edited successfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deleting a rate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Log in to the Wallbox portal.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Payments <\/strong>in the left menu.<\/li><li>Click the <strong>Delete <\/strong>button next to the rate.<\/li><li>In the validation modal, click <strong>Delete <\/strong>to validate your choice.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The rate has been deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creating a new rate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Log in to the Wallbox portal.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Payments <\/strong>in the left menu.<\/li><li>Click the <strong>+ Create rate<\/strong> button.<\/li><li>Define the rate information. <\/li><li>Click Save.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Your rate has been created.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The billing rates you defined for the Pay per Month or Pay per Charge solutions are all accessible in one&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":12,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"ht-kb-category":[8077,9773],"ht-kb-tag":[46,4682,4690,8176,8177,8178,8179],"class_list":["post-125313","ht_kb","type-ht_kb","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","ht_kb_category-wallbox-portal","ht_kb_category-help-articles","ht_kb_tag-articles-en","ht_kb_tag-create-a-rate","ht_kb_tag-billing-rates","ht_kb_tag-rate-management","ht_kb_tag-rates-management","ht_kb_tag-edit-a-rate","ht_kb_tag-delete-a-rate"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.6 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>How to manage chargers&#039; billing rates in the Portal?
