Follow these steps to install the 4G dongle that comes within the Copper SB kit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do not forget to configure the 4G connection with Wallbox app as described in the second section of this article, without that the connection will not be activated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These steps must be carried out by an installer during the charger installation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Installing the 4G dongle<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

During all the following steps, be careful not to touch or mishandle the exposed electronics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>

  1. Unboxing<\/strong>

    Open the packaging of your Copper SB.<\/p> <\/li>

  2. Opening<\/strong>

    Take the cover out and place it gently on the exterior side on a flat surface, being careful not to damage the cover or the electric circuits under it<\/strong>. You can help yourself to the Copper SB installation guide<\/a><\/strong> if you have difficulty opening the charger.\"\"<\/p> <\/li>

  3. 4G dongle<\/strong>

    Take the 4G dongle out of its box. Locate the USB port at the bottom left of the charger.\"\"<\/p> <\/li>

  4. Plugging the 4G dongle<\/strong>

    Plug the 4G dongle into the bottom left USB port.\"\"<\/p> <\/li>

  5. Copper SB installation<\/strong>

    Once the 4G dongle is correctly plugged in, carry on with the rest of the charger installation process, as described in the Copper SB Installation Guide<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p> <\/li>

  6. Configuring the 4G connection<\/strong>

    After finalizing the installation, you need to configure the 4G connectivity using Wallbox app in order to enable the connection.<\/p> <\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    2. Configuring the 4G connectivity<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you do not have an account yet, register<\/a><\/strong> and add your charger to your account using the charger QR code<\/a><\/strong> (or its SN and UID numbers).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Log into the Wallbox app by filling in your credentials.<\/li>
    2. Select your Copper SB and stay within its Bluetooth range during all the following steps.<\/li>
    3. Make sure you are connected to your Copper SB by Bluetooth<\/strong>, the mention \u201cCONNECTED\u201d should be displayed.<\/li>
    4. Access Settings<\/strong> by tapping the cogwheel icon.<\/li>
    5. Enter the Connectivity menu<\/strong>.<\/li>
    6. Select 3G\/4G<\/strong>.<\/li>
    7. Enable the 3G\/4G option using the toggle switch and fill in the APN field with the following value:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Leave all the rest of the fields empty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
      1. Save the configuration by pressing the <\/span>Save<\/strong> button at the bottom of the screen.<\/span><\/li>
      2. The 4G icon will be displayed on the app as soon as it connects to the network. This might take a few minutes.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
