To ensure your charger doesn’t overload the circuit when sharing a high-voltage line with other appliances, adjusting its Power limit (also known as charging amperage) is crucial. This guide will walk you through customizing this setting, using either the Wallbox app or the Portal, while staying within the electrical installation limits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Always ensure you remain within your charger’s maximum power capacity<\/strong>. If your installer has configured a lower amperage using the physical current selection switch, you cannot exceed that amperage setting.
You can also set up Power Boost<\/a><\/strong> to automate the power limit adjustment by dynamically adjusting charging current to stay within the limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adjusting Power Limit Using the Wallbox app<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Log in to the Wallbox app and Select Your Charger<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the Wallbox app and log in to your account.<\/li>
  2. Choose your specific charger from the app.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
