Wallbox m\u00f6chte seinen Kunden immer die besten Produkte, Dienstleistungen und Benutzererfahrung bieten. Ein sehr wichtiger Teil dieser Benutzererfahrung ist das Wallbox-Portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00dcber das Wallbox-Portal hast du die volle Kontrolle \u00fcber dein Ladeerlebnis und kannst Informationen zu Ladungssitzungen, Statistiken, Verbrauch, Benutzern usw. sammeln. Du kannst auch den Energieverbrauch und die Kosteneinsparungen im Zusammenhang mit der Einf\u00fchrung von Elektrofahrzeugen verwalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mit einem Abonnement f\u00fcr einen Business-Plan von Wallbox kann der Super-Administrator der Gruppe im Wallbox-Portal Tarife f\u00fcr den Raum, Ort oder die Ladeger\u00e4te erstellen und l\u00f6schen.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.  Anforderungen f\u00fcr den Zugriff auf den Zahlungsbildschirm<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Als Super-Administrator oder Administrator der Gruppe kannst du auf den Bildschirm \u201eZahlungen\u201c zugreifen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Achte hierf\u00fcr darauf, dass die folgenden Anforderungen erf\u00fcllt sind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Abonnement f\u00fcr den Wallbox Business-Plan<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    3.  Die Registerkarte \u201eTarife\u201c<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

    Die Registerkarte \u201eTarife\u201c zeigt die erstellten Tarife an. Von hier aus kannst du Tarife erstellen und bearbeiten oder nicht zugewiesene Tarife l\u00f6schen. Wenn kein Tarif angezeigt wird, siehst du einen leeren Status mit der Aufforderung, deinen ersten Tarif zu erstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3.1 L\u00f6schen eines vorhandenen Tarifs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Der Super Admin kann beliebige bestehende aber nicht zugewiesene Tarife von der Tarifliste l\u00f6schen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Klicke auf der Liste der vorhandenen Tarife auf das L\u00f6schen-Symbol des nicht zugewiesenen Tarifs, den du l\u00f6schen m\u00f6chtest.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Eine Best\u00e4tigungsmeldung zum L\u00f6schen wird angezeigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Klicke auf \u201eL\u00f6schen\u201c, um den ausgew\u00e4hlten Tarif zu l\u00f6schen.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
